ADDENDA #1 CLARIFICATION – Slab Plumbing
The city invites all contractors to submit a LUMP SUM sealed bid for all labor, materials, and tools needed for the “City Hall Remodel” per plans and specifications (see above). Contractor must pay prevailing wage.
Bidders are encouraged to complete a site visit but not required. Any questions can be directed to Rob Omans at (509) 674-2262 ext. 101 [email protected].
Bids or proposals must be in writing, sealed and filed with the Clerk on or before Monday, December 23, 2024, by 10:00am. All bids will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 119 West First Street, Cle Elum, Washington 98922 and then shortly thereafter it will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers located at 119 West First Street.
