Create an online account today to monitor your water usage! Track how much water you use throughout the month and set alerts to notify you of potential excessive usage.
Please note: this account is for water usage and meter monitoring only. It does not provide access to utility billing or payment options.
Creating an Online Account:
- To register through the web portal, please visit https://mywateradvisor2.com/register
- To register through the mobile app, download the “My Water Advisor” app either in Google Play or the IOS store.
- Select either one of the following options:
- Sign up with cell phone number OR
- Sign up with account number (This will be your “Service Location” number which may differ from your “Account Number” it may contain periods between numbers)
If you are experiencing issues, try entering your last name first, followed by your first name. If you’re having trouble finding your service location number or having difficulties signing up, please email [email protected].
