Cle Elum Pines West Subdivision
What’s happening on SR 903 west of Denny Ave?
The Cle Elum Pines West Developer continues to clear the private parcels between Denny Avenue and the County transfer station (where the power lines cross SR 903). This area is all part of a Development Agreement (DA-2012-001, finalized in 2014) that is currently under construction to build single family homes just west of Denny Avenue on a new extension of Marian Drive. As a Planned Mixed Use property, a multi-family component may be included in a later phase.
Phases/Divisions
- DIVISION 1
- Included the first western extension of Marian Drive (public), Frankie Lane (private), and the first 8 homes. Permitting was completed in 2017, and homes were completed in 2018.
- DIVISION 2
- Included 34 homes, two private roads (Perry Lane and Landis Lane), and one public road (Bala Drive) which connects SR 903 to Marian Drive.
- DIVISION 3
- Will include 38 lots, which includes apartment buildings on two of the lots and single family homes on the remaining lots. This phase also plans to create three additional internal roads as well as another public road (similar to Bala Drive) that connects Marian Drive to SR 903 on the far west end of the project site near the overhead power line corridor.
