Draft SEIS Comment Opportunities
The 47° North Proposed Master Site Plan Amendment Draft SEIS was issued on September 18, 2020. Comments on the Draft SEIS will be accepted through November 2, 2020 at 4:30 pm. Comments can be provided in one of four ways:
- By email to [email protected];
- In writing to SEPA Responsible Official at City of Cle Elum, 119 W First Street, Cle Elum, WA 98922;
- Virtually in person at the public meeting (details below); and,
- By phone, using a dedicated telephone voicemail system, to leave a (3-minute) message. The phone comment system will be operative from October 1 to October 30 (details below).
The City of Cle Elum will host a dedicated telephone line for members of the public to provide brief voicemail comments during the public comment period on the 47° North Draft SEIS. Voicemails may be left at: (509) 204-3035.
Note that all comments, regardless of how they are received, are given the same consideration, i.e., a written letter or email comment is no more or less significant that a spoken comment at the virtual meeting.
