City Heights Planned Mixed-Use Development – Phase 1 Plat Information

On December 27, 2022, the Cle Elum City Council authorized the approval of the Phase 1 Final Plat.
This Phase 1 Final Plat created 59 lots on 29.07 acres, with 18.32 acres of open space, including one 17,402 square foot lot (Tract CC – “Wash House Tract”) that was dedicated to the City for the protection of a historic coal mine washhouse foundation. The phase also includes one moderate-income and one low-income lot. The Phase 1 plat also included improvements to Summit View Drive, construction of several local streets and alleys, construction and relocation of trails, installation of water, sewer, and stormwater improvements, and private amenities for use by the residents of the subdivision.
