    • This Public Notice was sent to required recipients and placed in the Northern Kittitas County Tribune on December 3rd and 10th.
    • A Distribution Letter was included in the mailing to introduce the project

    • The City issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) on December 17, 2020 with a Distribution Letter to provide context.
      • The DNS was distributed to all agencies with jurisdiction and other parties of record.
